The Document is the continuation of the previous one, which was drafted together with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Project on the Reconstruction of Hydroelectric Power Plants costed USD 106 million, that was adopted by the Law "On Ratification of the Loan Agreement (Project on the Reconstruction of Hydroelectric Power Plants) between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)"
The adoption of the Law enables the receiving of extra loan funds at the rate of USD 60 million from IBRD for the reconstruction of hydroelectric power plants. The indicated funds would be used in 2010-2020 for the reconstruction of turbine of 6 hydraulic units 3 on Dniprovska hydropower station-2, and 3 on Kremenchuk hydropower station.
The paying off the loan would be conducted by Open-joint stock company "Ukrhidroenerho" at the expense of own funds.
IBRD loan term is 12 years with 6 months of privileged period.
